You can host Stand alone IRC servers, only. If you intend to to connect your server to global IRC networks including Undernet, EFnet, DALnet and other IRC networks, are not allowed and considered to be in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

IRC plug-ins, scripts, add-ons, clones or other software application that has the intent or effect of disrupting or denying service to other users are prohibited. In addition, harassing, disrupting or denying service to other users is expressly prohibited, and may result in the immediate suspension or cancellation of Customer account(s).
