What happens if my credit card was declined/expired for monthly/renewal fees?

You will be given a 24 hours grace period to remedy the situation and bring your account up to date. After 24 hours your VPS -- or -- dedicated server -- or -- Control Panel will be suspended. In addition, you'll be charged an $50 server re-activation fees.
