You must submit an order in advance for our technicians to take a look into your server and fix it.

You pay for the time it takes to diagnose or troubleshoot the problem with your server and not one lump sum per incident. Whether it is simple or difficult, you pay only for the amount of time it takes. We charge by the hour ($69.95), with a minimum of one hour.
